How many times have you heard – or said – “I want to reach high school students earlier” or “I’d like more sophomores in my funnel?” This conversation often stalls because these seemingly-achievable goals express a more difficult challenge. Shifting from a junior- and senior-weighted search to one that finds students as sophomores, freshmen, and even 8th graders requires strategy, buy-in, and execution from each corner of enrollment management.
This presentation covers how Baylor University and Encoura partnered together to develop and implement a strategy that focused the enrollment team’s attention, resources, and personnel on early high schoolers and middle schoolers – all without losing sight of the incoming freshman class.
