Emily Ross

Eduventures Senior Analyst at Encoura

Emily Ross is a Senior Analyst with the Eduventures Research team. She joins the team with 13 years of enrollment management experience, serving most recently as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management and Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Arizona. In her career, Emily has led a number of enrollment teams including enrollment marketing and communication, recruitment and outreach, orientation, new student services, and parent and family engagement. Passionate about college access, she propelled numerous outreach and enrollment strategies forward on her former campus and looks forward to expanding her reach through her work at Eduventures. Emily has been engaged with affiliate enrollment organizations and served on numerous community-based organizations focused on higher education attainment. She has presented at local and national conferences on a variety of topics surrounding higher education, leadership, communication, and enrollment management. An alumna of the University of Arizona, Emily graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science and also holds a Master of Education from Northern Arizona University.
