Kim Reid

Kim brings a wealth of advanced analytical capability in market research, assessment, and program evaluation to her work, and combines evidence and expertise to help clients make strategic decisions that shape the future of their institutions. She has over 20 years of experience in research and consulting in education. Most recently, Kim served as Vice President of Research Operations at Maguire Associates, a research-based consulting firm focused on enrollment management, where she created new lines of business in brand analytics specific to higher education, pricing and value, and strategic academic program management.
Kim graduated with a B.A. in philosophy from Duke University, holds an M.S. from the New House School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, and completed Ph. D. coursework in communications at Indiana University, Bloomington.
Dr. Kasey Urquidez
Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, University of Arizona
In her role, Dr. Urquidez serves as the university’s chief enrollment officer, overseeing the offices of Undergraduate Admissions; Early Academic Outreach; New Student Orientation; Scholarships and Financial Aid; the Student Admin Systems Group; Parent Family Programs; and Access, Engagement & Opportunity, which includes Career Development and Leadership Services.

Jenny is dedicated to the pursuit of access, equity, and integrity in the college admission process. Under her leadership, Common App has expanded its access initiatives, including the acquisition of Reach Higher, and the development of a new application system for transfer and adult students.
Amy Takayama-Perez

Amy provides the leadership of the Division of University Marketing and Enrollment Planning, made up of the Office of University Marketing, the Office of Admissions, the Visitor Center, the Office of Financial Assistance and Veterans Affairs and the Office of Enrollment Information.
