Eduventures Research

Conducts and analyzes research to share with clients, through published works, webinars, etc.

Legal

Ensures the appropriateness of Encoura's current data protection policies and procedures are held to the highest privacy standards as well as supporting the company's contract administration.

Marketing

Supports Encoura and Encourage products through product marketing, digital creative services, go-to marketing strategies, and content solutions.

Product

Develops our product roadmaps, product design, user research, content creation, and more!

Sales

Partners with our Higher Ed clients to determine which products would provide them with the best solutions for their needs.

Talent

Helps grow our organization through talent acquisition and employee lifecycles.

Technology

Our engineers build products, ensure they work properly, and support our internal systems and security.

My role at Encoura involves leading the development and execution of creative materials, managing the application of brand standards to visual assets, and building and maintaining website content. Each day is fast-paced and exhilarating, and I'm part of a fantastic team that finds innovative solutions to any problem. Over my seven years, that collaboration is the best part of any project.

My job at Encoura really begins with building relationships with our college/university partners, moves to helping the schools analyze their data, and then helping them identify opportunities and/or challenges that we can build strategies around to help them reach their enrollment goals. In my 3.5 years at Encoura I have learned so much from my colleagues and clients about what data points are most critical to track to provide clear direction for strategies. Joining the team here just before the pandemic seemed like perfect timing as I really enjoy trying to not only look at reality, but what hope we can cling to with clients as they keep trying to reach for aggressive enrollment goals.

My job at Encoura involves leading a QA team in the testing of Android apps, IOS apps, and websites, manually and through automation. The best part of my job is the people I work with daily. We have the best team of QA Engineers and Development Engineers! In my 3 years at Encoura I've learned so much from these talented and kind individuals about different technologies, programming languages, new databases, etc. Because of my personal development and growth, my testing is more thorough and efficient, and I can log more detailed bugs. I truly love going to work every day to continue learning and working with my team!

As a former enrollment manager, I have a heart for helping admissions folks-- and I get to do that every day. In my role at Encoura I have the pleasure of managing products that I wish I had when I was on campus! In my five years here I've been able to help retire old systems and build innovative new applications used by nearly every college in the country. What I love most, though, are the people that I get to work with in engineering, UX design, marketing, and our fabulous product team. As we like to say at Encoura, we're 'rowing together' with strength, focus, and a clear vision from our leadership. There's no place I'd rather be.
