Encoura maintains a strict policy against the use of unsolicited commercial email ("SPAM") to promote our organization, products, services, events, or websites.

Email communications are sent only to individuals who have provided consent, established a business relationship with Encoura, registered for an event, requested information, subscribed to communications, or otherwise voluntarily engaged with our organization.

Encoura prohibits the use of purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, or otherwise acquired third-party email lists.

Encoura also prohibits affiliates, vendors, partners, and third parties from advertising Encoura websites, products, or services using unsolicited email messages.

All promotional email communications include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests are processed promptly.

Any suspected violation of this policy may be reported to privacy@encoura.org.
