Acquisition furthers Encoura’s mission to empower students and institutions to achieve their goals throughout the entire student lifecycle

Encoura, an industry-leading educational technology, marketing, and research organization, today announced that it has been approved as the successful bidder to acquire certain assets from Anthology’s Lifecycle Engagement and Student Success business through Anthology’s Chapter 11 process.
With the acquisition, Encoura will expand its portfolio to include lifecycle engagement solutions from Anthology — including CRM, student engagement, and alumni relations — alongside new student success capabilities. Combined with Encoura’s strengths in data-driven insights and strategic consulting, these new capabilities will support students and institutions from their first interest as prospective students through their life-long engagement as successful alumni. This strengthened portfolio enhances Encoura’s ability to help colleges and universities create a connected, data-driven journey across recruitment, enrollment, student success, and advancement.

Upon closing, Anthology Lifecycle Engagement and Student Success customers will move to Encoura with continued access and support for their products and services.
