Leslie Crosley consults on enrollment strategies, which include financial aid leveraging, admissions marketing and recruitment, financial aid service, and enrollment operations. With over 25 years in higher education, Ms. Crosley most recently served as assistant vice president of enrollment management for the State of New York’s (SUNY) Morrisville campus. There, she developed strategies for leveraging scholarships; coordinated student communication efforts across campus departments; introduced a social media platform for prospective student interaction; cross trained admissions and financial aid officers to optimize delivery services; and worked to bring the college to an enrollment management model. She also led a partnership effort to create the first SUNY-wide pathway program for international students, jump-starting an international student presence on her campus.
