Vice President, Enrollment Management & Student Experience at University of Maryland Eastern Shore

LaToya joined UMES in September 2019 as special assistant to the vice president of enrollment management and student experience. Over the past four years, she has served as the vice president of enrollment management and student experience, where she crafts and implements transformative enrollment strategies while leading the operations of 11 dynamic teams. Her work drives high-impact services for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, directly contributing to the financial and enrollment health of the institution.
