Brittany Leiva

As Communications Director, Brittany leads Encoura’s internal and external communications in alignment with the company’s values and voice. She joined the marketing team in 2018, bringing professional experience in enrollment, marketing, events, and student experience. Brittany earned a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.Ed. in Student Affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles Higher Education & Organizational Change Division.
