Understanding that budgets are a top concern for colleges and universities today, we’ve held prices for Eduventures Summit consistent and negotiated the same hotel rate as last year. With your budget in mind, we’ve ensured that all costs are covered once Eduventures Summit begins! The only costs to our partner institutions are the hotel and flight.

Food & Beverage
All meals are included once our agenda begins! You’ll get two buffet breakfasts, two lunches, and two evening receptions with food and beverages (starting Monday evening). Coffee, water, and snacks will also be provided during breaks.
Sessions & Resources
Each session you register for and both receptions are complimentary! We’ll also kick off the event with a conference bag, resources, and goodies for you to make the most of your time at Eduventures Summit.
On-Demand Recordings
After the event, you will have access to on-demand recordings of keynote presentations at no charge. We'll also share presentation slides from Eduventures breakout sessions to continue empowering your team after the event.
