In this training session, Engage Admins will learn a practical launch playbook to generate awareness, drive adoption, and create campus champions. We’ll cover steps and tools to market Engage, partner strategically across campus, and position it as the one-stop hub for involvement - whether you’re launching for the first time or rebranding to spark fresh energy.

Melissa Adcock, Senior Implementation Consultant, Encoura

Whether you are a first time Engage Finance module user or long time pro, this session will guide system administrators and stakeholders through exploring and reviewing best practice finance processes and procedures working with the modules designed for student organizations and student affairs finance in Engage. We will take a look at practical re-visits of processes and dive into ideas of how to better create efficiencies in your system. (Are we using our funding/purchase and budget requests properly? Are there better or additional ways we can track finance movement in our system?) Participants will revisit how to build clear and compliant funding and purchasing requests, set up and navigate approval flows efficiently, and dive into the full budget lifecycle for allocations and large-scale (or small) funding.

Caitlin Walsh, Product Engagement Manager, Engage, Encoura

As student affairs professionals face increasing pressure to demonstrate impact, Engage provides powerful opportunities to assess co-curricular engagement and student development. This session explores how to leverage Engage data to strengthen assessment practices, connect involvement to learning outcomes, and align with institutional priorities. Participants will gain practical, accessible strategies for using Engage to inform decision-making, identify trends, and communicate the value of student engagement to campus stakeholders, whether just beginning or advancing their assessment approach.

Caitlin Walsh, Product Engagement Manager, Engage, Encoura

Student organization registration is more than an annual task. It is a critical opportunity to collect meaningful data, support compliance, and strengthen the student experience.
