How can institutions evaluate their program portfolios when nothing seems certain? This report provides a framework for program innovation in uncertain times. While market changes happen continuously, many are expedited during a disruptive event. In the current environment, institutions are considering not only which new, promising programs to add, but also how to change—or possibly retire—existing programs.
